Embodiment 1

[0064] Embodiment 1 A kind of method for removing nitrate in soil

[0065] In this study, the soil was collected in the area where nitrogen fertilizer was applied for a long time at the Luancheng Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (37.90°N, 114.67°E, 50m above sea level). The details of this site and the in-situ experiment have been mentioned in previous studies. . Five complete subsoil soil columns (0.4m long and 43mm in diameter) were collected at a soil depth of 3-3.4m in the test area using Geoprobe. These subsoil columns were then mixed and stored at 4°C until use. Soil clay, silt and sand content are 7.3%, 79.8% and 12.3%, respectively. Soil organic matter content, pH, nitrate and dissolved organic carbon concentrations were 1.9 g kg -1 , 7.9, 31.3mg kg -1 NO 3 - —N, 4.1 mg kg -1 .

Embodiment 2

[0094] Embodiment 2 A method for promoting nitrate reduction in soil,

[0095] Insert the cathode electrode and the anode electrode into the soil sample respectively. The depth of the electrode inserted into the soil is 3cm, and the distance between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode in the soil is 3cm. Under the action of voltage, a potential of -0.3V is generated between the cathode and anode electrodes. It is sufficient to treat the soil under this potential condition.

Embodiment 3

[0096] Embodiment 3 A method for promoting nitrate reduction in soil,

[0097] Insert the cathode electrode and the anode electrode into the soil sample respectively. The depth of the electrode inserted into the soil is 4cm, and the distance between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode in the soil is 6cm. Under the action of voltage, a potential of -0.7V is generated between the cathode and anode electrodes. It is sufficient to treat the soil under this potential condition.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting nitrate reduction in soil. According to the method for promoting the nitrate reduction in the soil, research shows that a potential gradient is generatedfrom a cathode to an anode after voltage treatment, so that reducing microorganisms of nitrate are enriched and the process of dissimilatory reducing of the nitrate to ammonium and denitrification isstrengthened significantly, and end products are NH4<+> and N2. The increased nitrogen content in the form of N2O, N2 and ammonium is equivalent to the content of nitrogen lost by nitrate under the voltage treatment. The results demonstrate that electrical potential can enhance the nitrate reduction in the soil through denitrification and DNRA. The invention provides a targeted and environment-friendly technology to enhance the nitrate reduction of microorganisms under the roots of crops, thereby reducing the risk of nitrate leaching.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for promoting the reduction of nitrate in soil. Background technique [0002] It is generally believed that the main reasons for the leaching loss of nitrogen in soil are: first, the accumulation of mobile nitrogen in the soil, mainly nitrate nitrogen; second, the flow of water. Therefore, under the condition of sufficient water management, controlling the content of nitrate nitrogen in the soil becomes the main factor to control the leaching loss of nitrogen. At present, the main way to control soil nitrogen loss is to add nitrification inhibitors to the soil to inhibit nitrification in the soil, thereby reducing the content of nitrate nitrogen. However, nitrification inhibitors are all chemical substances, which are likely to cause secondary pollution. [0003] It is an effective way to reduce nitrate pollution in groundwater by strengthening the subsoil layer (the soil below the surface soil is collectivel...
