Abstract

The partition wall batten isprepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 to 65 percent of wind-blown sand, 15 to 30 percent of lightweight aggregates, 10 to 20 percent of aggregates and 5 to 20 percentof admixture; the admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of silicate, 1 to 5 parts of borate, 2 to 10 parts of sulfate, 3 to 5 parts of phosphate, 3to 5 parts of hydroxide, 1 to 3 parts of haloid and 1 to 5 parts of lignosulfonate. The wind-blown sand and the lightweight aggregates undergo particle surface chemical modification, bonding of substances between particles, generation of gel substances and formation of a crystal structure under an effect of the admixture. The prepared partition wall batten is stable in quality, has the characteristics of high anti-bending load self-weight multiples, high compressive strength, high softening coefficient, and has excellent functions of lightweight, heat preservation, high strength, fire prevention, water proofing and the like. The invention also provides a preparation method of the partition wall batten; moreover, the preparation method has the advantages of low cost and environmental protection.
