Embodiment 1

[0021] A method for detecting volatile nitrogen-containing organic substances in 92-type 9mm pistol shell casings by combining headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography / thermal energy analysis, comprising the following steps:

[0022] 1. Materials and instruments

[0023] 1.1 Materials

[0024] The shell casing after firing the Type 92 9mm pistol;

[0025] 1.2 Instruments and equipment

[0026] SPME automatic headspace solid phase microextraction device, 57305Supelco85μm polyacrylate (PA) solid phase microextraction fiber head, 7890A gas chromatograph (Agilent, USA), GL-WAX polar chromatographic column 30m×0.32mm×0.5μm, Euultia 800 Serics TEA (U.S. General Experimental Technology Group).

[0027] 2. Sample pretreatment

[0028] Collect the shell casings after shooting with the Type 92 9mm pistol, place them in a headspace bottle, and seal them tightly. The shooting time was calculated as the opening time of the headspace vial.

[0029] Preheat the head...

Abstract

The invention relates to a detection method for a volatile organic nitrogen-containing substance in a shell case. Organic volatile components in the shell case after shooting are enriched and adsorbedby adopting headspace solid phase microextraction, and trace nitrogen-containing volatile components in the shell case are analyzed and identified by GC / TEA combination. The detection method for thevolatile organic nitrogen-containing substance in the shell case, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of no need of solvents, simple pretreatment process and long application time, capability of effectively isolating residual nitrogen-containing organic volatile components in the shell case after shooting and high accuracy; the detection method provides a powerful technical support forfurther determining ammunition compositions, shooting time and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical detection methods, in particular to a method for detecting volatile organic nitrogen-containing substances in a cartridge case, and more specifically relates to a method for detecting volatile organic nitrogen-containing substances in a cartridge case by combining headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography / thermal energy analyzer. Method for organic nitrogen-containing volatile substances. Background technique [0002] After the bullet is fired, trace substances such as gun oil, unburned gunpowder, and soot sprayed from the barrel tend to adhere to the inside of the shell wall to form residues. The composition of this kind of volatile organic residue is complex, mainly a mixture of various gunpowder combustion products, which is closely related to the type of bullet and the combustion process. If it is possible to quantitatively detect the total amount of a certain type of subs...
