Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method and device of circulating-tumor-DNA (ctDNA) repeats. The method comprises: acquiring sequencing data of to-be-detected circulating tumor DNA and a referencegenome sequence, wherein the sequencing data are data obtained by high-throughput sequencing (NGS) on the to-be-detected circulating tumor DNA; carrying out mapping on the sequencing data and the reference genome sequence to obtain a first mapping result, wherein the first mapping result at least comprises genome positions, base sequences and corresponding base quality value sequences of multiplepairs of paired ends reads (PE Reads or Mate Paires); obtaining at least one sequence set on the basis of the first mapping result; carrying out network clustering on at least one pair of the pairedends reads in each sequence set to obtain at least one first network; and acquiring paired ends reads of a largest number in each first network to obtain an independent sequence corresponding to eachfirst network. The method solves the technical problem that accuracy of carrying out repeated-sequence deletion or labeling on sample sequencing by processing methods of sequencing data in the prior art is low.
