The recyclingsystem comprises a BOG treatment module and a control module, wherein by means of the BOG treatment module, recycling treatment is conducted on hydrogen boil-off gas in the liquid hydrogen refuelingstation, and by means of the control module, monitoring and control are conducted on the BOG treatment module. By means of the hydrogen boil-off gas recycling system and process, after being heated, the BOG is input into a fuel battery module for power generation; the structure is simple; and the recycling cost of the BOG is lowered.
