The deformable paddle mechanism comprises a paddle, wherein a trailing edge flap is hinged to the paddle, the trailing edge flap is connected to a push rod which drives the trailing edge flap to rotate in a hinged manner, the push rod is fixedly connected to a micro displacement amplifier, a stacked piezoelectric ceramic is fixedly mounted in the micro displacement amplifier, and the stacked piezoelectric ceramic is connected to a piezoelectric controller which outputs a voltage to the stacked piezoelectric ceramic. Different from a conventional variable pitch mechanism which controls the load by changing the pitch angle, the deformable paddle mechanism changes the hydrodynamic characteristics by controlling deviation of the trailing edge flap at the trailing edge of the paddle, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the load.
