Embodiment 1

[0017] Choose a three-necked flask, weigh 3.0mmol of bisphenol AF, 2.0mmol of melamine, and 1.0mmol of copper sulfate pentahydrate into 80mL of xylene, and then fix it on a collector-type constant temperature heating magnetic stirrer for heating, under an oil bath at 130°C Reacted for 72 hours, air condensed, filtered, washed with hot water, the volume of hot water was 3×100mL, and 1.13g of black solid was obtained after drying. The black solid was the fluorine-containing organometallic porous material, and the yield was 86.8%.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Select a three-neck flask, weigh bisphenol AF 3.0mmol, melamine 1.8mmol, copper sulfate pentahydrate 1.0mmol) into 80mL xylene, and then fix it on a collector-type constant temperature heating magnetic stirrer for heating, in an oil bath at 130°C Under reaction 72h. Air was condensed, filtered, washed with hot water, the volume of hot water was 3×100 mL, and 0.97 g of black solid was obtained after drying. The black solid was fluorine-containing organometallic porous material, and the yield was 82.8%.

Embodiment 3

[0021] Choose a three-necked flask, weigh 3.0mmol of bisphenol AF, 2.2mmol of melamine, and 1.0mmol of copper sulfate pentahydrate into 80mL of xylene, react in an oil bath at 130°C for 72h, filter after air condensation, wash with hot water, and The volume was 3×100 mL, and 1.12 g of black solid was obtained after drying, which was the fluorine-containing organometallic porous material, and the yield was 86.0%.

[0022] It can be seen from Examples 1-3 that when the molar ratio of melamine to bisphenol AF is 1.8-2.2:3, the reaction yield is higher.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fluorine-contained organic metal porous material. A preparation method of the fluorine-contained organic metal porous material comprises the following steps: adding bisphenolAF, tripolycyanamide and copper sulfate pentahydrate into dimethylbenzene, and heating while stirring for reaction; in the reaction, removing water produced during the reaction by using a water separator, and producing a black precipitate during the reaction; filtering the obtained black precipitate, washing with hot water and then drying to obtain a photocatalyst material. Due to existence of fluorine, the material has improved stability, is not easily oxidized, is stable under light irradiation and can be reused; through chelating of amino groups and copper ions, the stability of an organometallic structure is improved; the porous material has a large surface area, so that catalytic sites are increased, and a refractory organic pollutant phenol can be efficiently degraded, light absorption can be effectively improved and the photodegradation speed can be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sewage treatment photocatalyst and its preparation, in particular to a fluorine-containing organometallic porous material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the treatment of refractory organic wastewater is a difficult problem in the field of sewage treatment. This type of wastewater mainly includes: coking wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, petrochemical / oil wastewater, textile / printing and dyeing wastewater, chemical wastewater, paint wastewater, etc. These wastewaters contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phenols or heterocyclic compounds, which have low biodegradability and are difficult to be effectively treated by "conventional" methods such as biological methods or physicochemical methods alone. The efficient treatment of refractory organic wastewater has become a difficult problem to be solved in the field of environmental protection technology. At present, the treatm...
