The circuit comprises a chip and a peripheral circuit; the chip comprises a voltage-stabilizing circuit and adriving circuit; the peripheral circuit comprises a load and other peripheries; the driving circuit is connected with the VDD pin of the voltage-stabilizing circuit; one end of a CVDD capacitor is connected between the voltage-stabilizing circuit and the driving circuit; the driving circuit is connected with a pulse signal, and connected with the gate of a driving switch tube M0 through driving pulse; the source of the driving switch tube M0 is grounded, and the drain of the switching tube M0 is connected with the input voltage through the load and other peripheries; the input voltage is grounded together with the load and other peripheries through the driving circuit; the input voltage and the driving circuit are grounded through the voltage-stabilizing circuit; and the input voltage andthe voltage-stabilizing circuit are grounded through an input high-voltage capacitor.
