The system comprises an oil-line monitoring analyzing system, a PLC programmable logic controller and a waste water treating module, and the on-line monitoring analyzing system is used for conducting monitoring analyzing on the water quality content and temperature of oil gasification gas-making waste water and transmitting monitoring analyzing data to the PLC programmable logic controller; the PLC programmable logic controller is used for outputting a control signal to the waste water treating system after themonitoring analyzing data is processed; the waste water treating module comprises a first-stage pretreating module, a second-stage biochemical treating module and a third-stage deep treating module which are sequentially connected; treating is conducted on the oil gasification gas-making waste water by the first-stage pretreating module, the second-stage biochemical treating module and the third-stage deep treating module according to the control signal instruction output by the PLC programmable logic controller.
