Abstract

The invention relates to a low-odor polyvinyl chloride cable material composition for automobile wire harnesses and a preparation method for the low-odor polyvinyl chloride cable material compositionand belongs to the field of processing and application of macromolecular materials. The low-odor polyvinyl chloride cable material composition is characterized by being prepared from the materials inparts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin with high polymerization degree, 45-50 parts of compounded plasticizer, 5-8 parts of silicon dioxide, 4.0-5.0 parts of calcium-zinc stabilizer, 0.15-0.25 part of polyethylene wax, 0.15-0.25 part of oxidized polyethylene wax and 0.20-0.30 part of antioxidant DLDTP, wherein the compounded plasticizer is prepared through compounding a polyester plasticizer anda polycarbonate plasticizer with low polymerization degree according to a mass ratio of (8 to 10): (37 to 40). The method comprises the preparation steps: mixing the PVC resin with the compounded plasticizer and the calcium-zinc stabilizer, and then, adding the rest of materials according to a formula; and feeding the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder, and carrying out extruded granulating.
