The outer-ring magnetic sheet includes at least one first magnetic conductive layer that is made of a nanocrystalline strip, an amorphous strip or a metal soft-magnetic strip. The central magnetic sheet consists of at least two laminated second magnetic conductive layers that are fragmented nanocrystalline strips, fragmented amorphous strips or fragmented metal soft-magnetic strips.
