Abstract

The invention discloses an electric vehicle driver simulation test platform, which comprises a mechanical system and an electric appliance system, wherein the mechanical system comprises a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a controller thereof, a load DC motor and a speed regulator thereof; a signal measurement carrier is arranged between the mechanical system and the electric appliance system, and comprises a torque / rotation speed sensor, a power analyzer, a temperature sensor, a voltage and current sensor and its peripheral circuits; and a heavy current part in the electric appliance system comprises a switching power supply cabinet, a four-quadrant rectifier, a DC motor and an electric vehicle driving system, and a weak current part comprises a main control system, a communicationline, a control panel, a power analyzer and an upper computer. The tester can set load variations through programming, so as to verify whether coping algorithms of a driver are effective under variousroad situation environments, HDT2.0PC software records all the parameters of the tested driver and loads completely by means of a CAN bus, thus various analyses is facilitated, and the test is simpleand reliable.
