Problems solved by technology

[0004] In recent years, many scholars in China have devoted themselves to studying the application performance of granite. The methods currently used are mainly: 1) Improving its application performance through additives, generally by adding mineral powder and cement to improve its adhesion level, which is often used in the middle and lower floors. 2) The use of slaked lime as a modification measure can improve the adhesion level of aggregates, but due to the high fineness of slaked lime, it is not suitable for dispersion during construction, and it is difficult to control the quality of the project, and the quality control of slaked lime itself is insufficient; 3) The adhesion of granite is improved by adding liquid anti-stripping agent, but with the use of the project, the durability of the adhesion level is not strong, and the problem of high temperature and easy aging is gradually clear; 4) The use of polymer anti-stripping agent to improve the quality of the project problem, but just adding liquid anti-stripping agent can no longer meet the requirements of the road surface

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of modified granite aggregate, and an adhesion testing method. The preparation method comprises the following process steps: heating styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) modified asphalt, then adding a liquid anti-stripping agent into the heated SBS modified asphalt, stirring evenly, and placing the obtained mixture in an environment of 175-180 DEG C to prepare a mixed solution a; weighing granite aggregate and cement, and heating up to 175-181 DEG C; then, uniformly stirring the heated granite aggregate and cement, and carrying out heat preservation at 175-180 DEG C to obtain a mixture b; blending the mixed solution a in a mixing container, adding the mixture b during blending, and uniformly stirring to obtain the modified graniteaggregate. The modified granite aggregate is placed in a constant temperature water bath at 76-84 DEG C, part of the aggregate is taken out and put into cold water at set intervals, and the aggregateis completely taken away in 4-6 times; finally, the adhesion grade is evaluated according to the percentage of a stripping area. The modified granite aggregate prepared by the method is strong in adhesion durability and good in water stability, and achieves the level-5 adhesion requirement of the asphalt pavement. The invention also discloses an adhesion evaluation method which is convenient to apply and has a good correlation with engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering, and in particular relates to a preparation method of modified granite aggregate and an adhesion detection method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's highway industry, the demand for alkaline basalt or diabase materials commonly used in asphalt pavement is gradually increasing. Therefore, in order to expand the range of aggregates used for pavement, some areas conduct analysis and research on granite stones to solve the contradiction of gradual shortage of stone materials, reduce certain engineering costs, and provide favorable services for future construction. [0003] At present, modified asphalt is usually mixed evenly with hard aggregates to pave high-grade highway asphalt surface. Generally, alkaline stone can coat asphalt well, but it does not have good wear resistance. Acidic rocks such as granite are hard and wear-resistant, and can fully pl...
