The rotating combination valve comprises a valve bottom connector, a rotating valve element, a valve cover and an external rotating control mechanism. The rotating combination valve is generally assembled on a set of fixed bed chemical-looping hydrogen production device. The rotating control mechanism controls the valve element to rotate, and thus channel interfaces are switched; thedevice works continuously and circularly, the device is more compact, the risk of welding and pipeline connecting leakage is reduced, and meanwhile, the device is easier to control and good in safety;and the compatible rotating valve element design is adopted, so that multi-step rotating and positioning according to the preset time and the preset angle can be achieved through a stepping motor control method, the valve element can also be controlled to rotate at the constant speed through an air-driven motor, and the two control methods are both suitable for the combination valve.
