Abstract

The invention discloses a new corrosion-resistant circuit board comprising a circuit board body, sealing balls, anticorrosive liquid, heat conducting columns, seals, sealing sheets, a corrosion-resistant layer and electrical frontiers. The electrical frontiers are fixed to the circuit board body; a plurality of heat conduction columns are arranged on the electrical frontiers; the sealing balls arearranged on the heat conduction columns; the interior of each sealing balls is filled with anticorrosive liquid and the seals are arranged on the cavity of the sealing balls; the seals are blocked bythe sealing sheets; and the corrosion resistant layer is arranged on one side of the circuit board body. According to the new corrosion-resistant circuit board, the heat dissipation columns are provided on the circuit board body so that the heat generated by the circuit board itself can be quickly dissipated into the environment; the sealing balls are arranged on the heat dissipation columns so that the anticorrosive liquid in the sealing balls will flows out before the circuit board is corroded, while a corrosion resistant film is arranged on the other side of the circuit board body. According to the two methods above, the corrosion resistance of the circuit board during use is improved, thereby prolonging the service life of the circuit board.
