The clock synchronization algorithm includes a relative gradient estimation algorithm, a gradient compensation algorithm, a phase compensation algorithm, a time delay compensation algorithm and a virtual clock generation algorithm; and the intelligent agent equipment includes a data transmitting-receiving module, a transmitting-receiving time stamp marking module, a core control module, an algorithm calculation module and a synchronous time service module.
