Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: separating and purifying bacteria by adopting a dilution-plate method, culturing on an NA test tube slant for 18-24 hours, and preserving in a refrigerator at 4 DEG C; calculating the antibacterial rate by adopting a fungus cake agar disk diffusion method, and preliminarily screening antagonistic strains having the inhibition ratio of 50% or higher to two and more than two root rot fungi; inoculating a strain HCST9 in an NB culture medium by adopting a fluid-culture method, adding equivalent NB culture medium into a control culture flask of a PS culture medium, weighing after drying, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate of the strain; and respectively calculating and measuring the bacteriostasis rate by adopting the fluid-culture method and the agar disk diffusion method.
