Abstract

The beneficiation method comprises the following steps that a shore sand ore raw ore meeting a preset particle size rangeis put into a flotation cell, water is injected into the flotation cell for size mixing so as to obtain ore pulp with preset ore pulp concentration; floatation is carried out on the ore pulp with thepreset ore pulp concentration, 240 g/t to 260 g/t of sodium carbonate, 120 g/t to 130 g/t of caustic soda and 1250 g/t to 1500 g/t of water glass are added into the ore pulp, and stirring is carriedout according to a first preset time; when stirring is carried out at the first preset time, oleic acid is added; when the oleic acid is added and the stirring is carried out according to a second preset time, 120g/t to 130g/t of a target foaming agent is added into the flotation cell according to the foam condition in the flotation cell; foam scraping is carried out on the foam generated in the flotation cell so as to obtain a monazite first ore concentrate product and a monazite tailing mineral product, wherein the foam scraping time is a third preset time; and magnetic separation is carriedout on the monazite first concentrate product according to a preset magnetic separation condition so as to obtain a monazite second concentrate product and a magnetic separation tailings product.
