Embodiment 1

[0023] Such as figure 1 The preparation process shown in the preparation of 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dimethylanilinomethyl) copper phenolate complex, the specific steps are as follows:

[0024] (1) Synthesis of 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dimethylanilinomethyl)phenol ligand: Weigh 1.56g of 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde into a 100mL round bottom flask, add 30mL of ethanol and stir to dissolve , then add 20 mL of 1.21 g of 2,6-dimethylaniline ethanol solution, and add 0.05 mL of glacial acetic acid to obtain a reaction liquid; heat the reaction liquid to 76°C for reflux reaction for 1 h, cool to room temperature, let stand to precipitate solid, filter, And wash the solid with cold ethanol to finally obtain an orange-red solid which is 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dimethylanilinomethyl)phenol ligand;

[0025] (2) Synthesis of 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dimethylanilinomethyl) phenol copper complex: Weigh the 4-chloro-2-(2,6-dimethyl Add 0.52g of anilinomethyl)phenol ligand to a 100mL round-bottomed flask, add 30mL of ethanol and...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Schiff base copper complex, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) dissolving 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde in ethanol toobtain a solution I; dissolving 2, 6-dimethylaniline into ethanol to obtain a solution II; adding the solution II into the solution I to obtain a solution III; adding acetic acid into the solution IIIto obtain a reaction solution; and subjecting the reaction solution to heating reflux for 1h, performing cooling to room temperature, conducting standing to precipitate solid, performing filtering, and washing the solid with cold ethanol so as to obtain a ligand finally; and (2) dissolving the ligand synthesized in step (1) in ethanol to obtain a solution IV; dissolving copper nitrate in ethanolto obtain a solution V; adding the solution V into a solution IV to obtain a mixed solution; and subjecting the mixed solution to reflux reaction for 1.5h, performing hot filtration, cooling the filtrate, and conducting standing to precipitate a black bulk crystal, i.e. the complex. The invention explores the potential application value of the Schiff base complex in the field of luminescent materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of organic electroluminescent materials and preparation methods thereof, in particular to a Schiff base copper complex and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The continuous and rapid development of information technology puts forward higher requirements on the brightness, color, resolution, energy consumption, etc. of the information display system. Light-emitting diodes, thin-film electroluminescence and thick-dielectric electroluminescence have been maturely used in display technology, and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are the main players in the market. In recent years, with the market's increasing demand for high-quality, high-reliability, and large-information display devices, OLED technology has made great progress, and a variety of OLED products have been put into the market. [0003] Organic electroluminescent materials refer to polymer or small molecule or...
