According to the preparation method, the characteristics that the antibiotic fungi residues are instable and decompose easily are utilized, the mushroom residue ashes, the pH value of which is above 12, and the quick lime are added into the antibiotic fungi residues to adjust the pH value of the antibiotic fungi residues above9, and after fermentation, the residual antibiotic in the antibiotic fungi residues is effectively degraded; and meanwhile, the mushroom residue ashes are high in P and K contents and the antibioticfungi residues are high in N content, so that the content of nutrients of the organic fertilizer produced by mixing the mushroom residue ashes and the antibiotic fungi residues is remarkably higher than that of common organic fertilizers, and the nutrients are comprehensive.
