The doping component Mg<2+> accounts for 1mol%-6mol% of thematrix, and the doping component Pr3<+> accounts for 1mol%-3mol% of the matrix. The preparation method comprises the steps of batching, pre-sintering and pulling growth. The red rare earth long-afterglow luminescent crystal can be excited by ultraviolet light irradiation or X-ray irradiation to emit red light (central wavelength 619 nm) and has long afterglow.
