A first flow sensor of the workpiece airtightness flow detecting unit is connected with an S-port gas circuit of a gas dividing block through a first electromagnetic valve; a first silencer is connected with an E port of the gas dividing block; a second flow sensor is connected with a P-port gas circuit of the gas dividing block through a second electromagnetic valve and a third electromagnetic valve, sequentially; the P port of the gas dividing block is further connected with a fourth electromagnetic valve gas circuit; the fourth electromagnetic valve is connected with a second silencer; the S port, the P port and the E port of the gas dividing block are respectively connected with the S port, the P port and the E port of a shift valve through a gas inlet pipe; and a gas source is respectively connected with a first flow sensor and a second flow sensor through a first pressure regulating valve.
