[0022] A preparation method of polypyrrole / polyaniline electromagnetic shielding composite material, comprising the following steps:

[0023] (1) Take a certain amount of pyrrole monomer solution, add distilled water to prepare a 0.3 mol / L solution, and keep stirring for 2 minutes until pyrrole is fully dissolved in water to obtain a pyrrole monomer solution.

[0024] (2) Arrange the wet base in the pyrrole monomer solution, and keep turning and stirring for 20 minutes to achieve the purpose of fully adsorbing the pyrrole monomer on both the front and back of the base cloth.

[0025] (3) Take a certain amount of aniline monomer into the above-mentioned pyrrole monomer solution. At this time, the concentration of aniline is 0.3mol / L. Stir continuously for 2 minutes to obtain a uniformly mixed aniline-pyrrole solution. Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a polypyrrole/polyaniline electromagnetic shielding composite material. A nylon fabric is selected as a base fabric, and a compound of polyaniline and polypyrrole is prepared on the surface of the base fabric by in-situ polymerization. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a pyrrole monomer solution is prepared; 2) the base fabric sufficientlyadsorbs the pyrrole monomer; 3) a pyrrole-aniline solution is prepared; 4) the base fabric sufficiently adsorbs the aniline monomer; 5) an oxidant-dopant solution is prepared; 6) polypyrrole and polyaniline are generated on the surface polymerization of the base fabric by polymerization; and 7) the obtained fabric is cleaned and aired to obtain the polypyrrole/polyaniline electromagnetic shielding composite material. A result of test of the material shows that the material has an electromagnetic shielding effect, and also has excellent mechanical properties, excellent electrical conductivityand excellent comprehensive performances.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic shielding fabrics, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a polypyrrole / polyaniline electromagnetic shielding composite material. Background technique [0002] Since Hertz proved the existence of electromagnetic waves through experiments in 1888, electromagnetic waves, as an extremely important natural resource, have been widely used with the rapid development of electronic technology. But at the same time, human beings are under the influence of electromagnetic waves no matter when and where, and some specific occupations, such as rail transit, communication, electric power department and other workers, are more likely to suffer from tumors, leukemia, etc. under the influence of electromagnetic waves for a long time disease. In addition, the electromagnetic interference generated by electromagnetic waves can also lead to poor work of precision electronic devices. If an acci...
