The tube-plate heat exchanging apparatus comprises an inlet header, an outlet header, an inlet heat exchanging tube, an outlet heat exchanging tube and plate groups, wherein the inlet header is connected with the inlet heat exchanging tube, the inlet heat exchanging tube is connected with the corresponding plate group, the plate group is a heat exchanging passage formed by combining two plates, the plate group is connected with the outlet heat exchanging tube, the outlet heat exchanging tubeis connected with an outlet collecting box, and fluid from an evaporation end enters the inlet heat exchanging tube by virtue of the inlet header, then enters the plate group by virtue of the inlet heat exchanging tube, enters the outlet heat exchanging tube by virtue of the plate group and is finally discharged by virtue of the outlet header. The invention provides a novel tube-plate heat exchanging structure; and by virtue of the tube-plate combination, the resistance can be further reduced, the heat dissipation area can be enlarged, and the heat dissipation efficiency can be improved.
