The system comprises a liquid oxygen storage container, an ozone generator and amixed gas separating device, wherein the mixed gas separating device comprises a mixed gas inlet, a liquid ozone outlet and an oxygen outlet; liquid oxygen in the liquid oxygen storage container is firstly used for carrying out heat exchange of the mixed gas separating device, then the mixed gas separating device is communicated with the inlet of the ozone generator through a pipeline; the outletof the ozone generator is communicated with the mixed gas inlet of the mixed gas separating device; an oxygen outlet of the mixed gas separating device is communicated with the inlet of the ozone generator.
