The system comprises a remote computer, a main controller and a temperature and humidity transmitter used for acquiring indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity data changes of a high-voltage cabinet. The temperature and humidity transmitter sensitively detects temperature and humidity value changes in air, converts the changes into electric signals and transmits the electric signals to a system host, namely the main controller, through an RS-485 bus.
