The fusidic acid high-yield strain is bred by stress-oriented domestication of a fusidic acid producing strain by continuously using DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) for a long time. The yield of fusidic acid produced by fermentation of the domesticated strain is as high as 4,932 [mg]g/ml, which is 53.88 percent higher than that of the original strain (3,205 [mg]g/ml), and the fusidic acid high-yield strain is fully applied in efficient preparation of the fusidic acid by an actual biological method.
