Abstract

The invention provides a semi-controlled rectifier bridge soft switching circuit for a wireless power transmission receiving system, and the circuit comprises a main power circuit coupled between a receiving coil and a load, and an auxiliary control circuit. The main power circuit includes a bus electrolytic capacitor Co, a resonant capacitor Cs, a switching tube Qs, and diodes D1, D2, and D3; andthe auxiliary control circuit includes an integrated operational amplifier, a comparator, a logic circuit, and an optocoupler. In normal operation, there is an induced voltage caused by the transmitting coil on the receiving coil. The time sequence of the negative voltages at the input side of a rectifier bridge can be detected by sampling resistor voltage dividing and isolated optocoupler conversion. A linear operational amplifier and the comparator are used to compare a desired voltage to an actual voltage to generate a PWM control signal. The AND operation of the control signal and a previous negative voltage signal is performed, and the outputted signal will ensure that the switching tube of a half-controlled rectifier bridge is turned on when a body diode is turned on, thereby realizing the soft switching function.
