Embodiment Construction

[0076] In order to better explain the present invention and facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail below through specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0077] The hierarchical remote sensing image fusion method utilizing layer-by-layer iterative super-resolution provided by the present invention comprises the following two steps:

[0078] A1. Use a layer-by-layer iterative deep neural network to perform super-resolution processing on low-resolution multispectral images to obtain reconstructed multispectral images;

[0079] A2. Hierarchically fusing the panchromatic image with the luminance component of the reconstructed multispectral image to obtain a high-resolution multispectral image; the panchromatic image is degraded to be the same as the low-resolution multispectral image scene, but imaged by a different sensor.

[0080] Wherein, in step A1, a layer-by-layer iterative deep neural network model (SCN) is ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, in particular to a hierarchical remote sensing image fusion method utilizing layer-by-layer iterative super-resolution. The method comprises the following steps: A1, a layer-by-layer iterative depth neural network is used for super-resolution processing of a low-resolution multi-spectral image to obtain a reconstructed multi-spectral image; A2, luminance components of the panchromatic image and the reconstruct multi-spectral image are hierarchically fused to obtain a high-resolution multi-spectral image. This method can preservethe spectral information sufficiently and enhance the spatial detail information of the image to the maximum extent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of image processing, and in particular relates to a hierarchical remote sensing image fusion method utilizing layer-by-layer iterative super-resolution. Background technique [0002] In the field of remote sensing, limited by the design of the sensor itself, the remote sensing images acquired by most earth observation satellites cannot have both high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution. Therefore, remote sensing image fusion technology has attracted the attention of researchers and has developed rapidly. [0003] In remote sensing image fusion technology, the most common is the fusion process between panchromatic image and multispectral image, which essentially injects the detail information of panchromatic image into multispectral image while preserving the spectral information of multispectral image. Panchromatic images have rich details and high spatial resolution, but have less spectral infor...
