The invention discloses a three-axis fluxgate aeromagnetic measurement system based on a vertical take-off and landing aircraft with fixed-wings, and a correction and compensation method therefor. Themethod comprises the steps of: pre-collecting a series of three-axis fluxgate digital output readings generated by the change of the attitude as a numerical input, solving a nonlinear least squares equation set to obtain 12 compensation parameters having a common influence on the three-axis fluxgate magnetometer; and storing the obtained compensation parameters into a multi-data synchronous acquisition and correction compensation system, and performing real-time and post-flight correction compensation on the vector magnetic field and the total field data obtained by the line-measurement of the aeromagnetic flight by using a compensation algorithm. According to the three-axis fluxgate aeromagnetic measurement system and the correction and compensation method therefor, the intensity data ofthe total magnetic field after being corrected is obtained without the need of the optical pump magnetometer, so the three-axis fluxgate aeromagnetic measurement system is suitable for light and small drone platforms. The magnetometer is integrated into the mission compartment of the drone, and the protection is in place, and the disassembly and assembly is convenient. The compensation algorithmused greatly improves the accuracy of the three-axis vector high-precision magnetometer and greatly reduces the noise of the system.
