Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst for hydrogenating coal tar, and particularly relates to a method for grading a catalyst for hydrogenating coal tar. The catalyst is prepared from a hydrogenation protective catalyst, a hydrodemetallization catalyst, a mild hydrofining catalyst, a mild hydrocracking catalyst and a deep hydrofining catalyst. By adopting the device, three fixed bed refining reactors are distributed in series, the hydrogenation protective catalyst and the hydrodemetallization catalyst are respectively put into the upper bed layer and the lower bed layer of the first reactor; themild hydrofining catalyst is respectively put into three bed layers of the second reactor; the mild hydrocracking catalyst is put into the upper bed layer of the third reactor; and the deep hydrofining catalyst is put into middle and lower bed layers of the third reactor. By adopting the catalyst grading method, pretreated coal tar is subjected to hydrofining treatment on the fixed bed hydrogenation device, and hydrofining generated oil can be used as a raw material oil for producing high density aviation kerosene and low-freezing diesel.
