Abstract

The invention discloses a high pile bearing platform steel hanging box bottom seal method applied to long-period wave surge conditions. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, verticalsupporting rods are welded to a steel bottom plate of a hanging box, various steel pile casings are welded through upper-layer transverse joints, and blockage of gaps of the underwater steel pile casings and the bottom plate of the hanging box is finished; secondly, first-layer underwater bottom seal is conducted, and a water pump conducts forced discharging till the dry construction condition; thirdly, lower-layer transverse joints are welded between the steel pile casings for support within the secondary dry bottom seal height, and the vertical supporting rods are welded to the lower-layer transverse joints from the upper-layer transverse joints through conversion; fourthly, steel bars are arranged in the secondary dry bottom seal range, and after pull press rod conversion and shear pinwelding are conducted on the peripheries of the steel pile casings, dry pouring is conducted, and a second-layer strengthened bottom plate is formed; and fifthly, the upper-layer transverse joints aredismounted, the steel pile casings and the vertical supporting rods at the upper portion are cut way, and bearing platform construction is conducted.
