Abstract

The invention relates to a PE-PS alloy with a high conductivity, which comprises, by weight, the following components: 20-40 parts of PE; 30-50 parts of PS; 5-10 parts of PBT; 0.3-0.5 part of magnesium chloride; 10-16 parts of a conductive filler; 4-10 parts of a wear-resistant agent; 0.1-0.5 part of an antioxidant; 0.2-0.4 part of a coupling agent. According to the invention, the compatibility ofthe system can be effectively improved through anhydrous MgCl2, so that the performance of the alloy is improved; the main reason is that MgCl2 can initiate an alkylation reactor between the PE and the PS, and a produced graft PE-g-PS can improve the compatibility of PE-PS blend, so the physical properties of the PE-PS alloy can be improved to different degrees.
