The light source, the transmitting optical filter and the colorimetric ware form a fluorescent exciting light path. After monochromatic light excitation, a quantum dot and a sensitive substance respectively excite two fluorescent signals with different wavelengths. The fluorescent intensities of the two different wavelengths are respectively detected through the first photomultiplier and the second photomultiplier, thereby realizing synchronous quick measurement of the two parameters.
