When the preheating combustor conducts combustion, the preheating combustor acts on the catalysis combustor, and the catalysis combustor is heated. One end of the heatexchanger communicates with the cold water inlet pipe, and the other end of the heat exchanger communicates with the hot water outlet pipe. The heat exchanger is used for absorbing heat generated dueto combustion of the preheating combustor and combustion of the catalysis combustor and conducting heat exchange on the absorbed heat and water in the heat exchanger.
