Embodiment Construction

[0028] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific examples.

[0029] Endophytic fungi to be tested: Phalaenopsis oryzae strain R5-6-1 was isolated from the root system of wild rice (Yuan et al.2010). The bacterium has been preserved in the China General Microorganism Collection Center (No.: CGMCC 2737) and the Netherlands International Fungi Collection Center (No.: CBS125863). T-DNA random insertion mutant strain Ho19red, constructed by our laboratory, marked with red fluorescent protein, has no difference in morphological characteristics with the wild-type strain, and its biological effect on rice is consistent with that of the wild-type strain, which can be used for colonization observation research (Su et al. 2013).

Abstract

The invention discloses application of an endophytic fungi strain R5-6-1 on prevention and treatment of rice bacterial leaf blight, and belongs to the technical field of plant disease control. The endophytic fungi strain R5-6-1 is a Phialophora oryzae fungi strain R5-6-1 with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 2737. The endophytic fungi strain R5-6-1 can be used for inducing a host to generate systemic disease resistance for the first time, and the control effect on the rice bacterial leaf blight reaches 80.75%. The invention also provides a method for preventing and treating the rice bacterial leaf blight, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: co-culturing the endophytic fungi R5-6-1 and the rice to ensure that the endophytic fungi strain R5-6-1 is fixedly cultured on the root of the rice to prevent leaves from being infected by the rice bacterial leaf blight, and the disease index is reduced by 64. The biological control effect of the Phialophora oryzae on the rice bacterial leaf blight has great value in popularization and application in the agricultural field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant disease prevention and control, in particular to the application of endophytic fungus strain R5-6-1 in the prevention and treatment of rice bacterial blight. Background technique [0002] Rice bacterial blight is one of the important bacterial diseases of rice in the world, which is caused by the invasion of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae (Xoo) through the water holes and wounds of rice leaves. The leaves of the affected rice show yellowing and wilting, and the yield is generally reduced by 20-30%. [0003] At present, planting rice disease-resistant varieties is the most economical and effective way to prevent the occurrence of the disease, but long-term planting of rice varieties with a single disease-resistant gene will cause the loss of disease resistance due to the variation or adaptation of the pathogen race, resulting in the re-emergence of the disease. In addition, chemical pesticide control...
