The invention discloses a data backup method and system, electronic equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a backup device, and the method comprises the steps: comparing a first address mapping table of first storage equipment with a second address mapping table of second storage equipment when a data backup command is received; and generating a difference address mapping table according to a comparison result, and sending the difference address mapping table to a target board card, so that the target board card utilizes the difference address mapping table to carry out data backup.According to the data backup method provided by the invention, data backup is realized through the target board card connected with the first storage device and the second storage device, and the target board card performs incremental backup according to the difference address mapping table generated by the operating system. The operating system only needs to generate the difference address mapping table, does not need to participate in an actual data process, can achieve offline data backup, and is simple in operation.
