Embodiment Construction

[0030] Below, refer to figure 1 A patch (transdermal preparation containing oxybutynin) according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described. The patch (transdermal absorption preparation containing oxybutynin) 1 of the present embodiment includes a support layer 11 made of a base fabric. Since the base fabric is excellent in flexibility and stretchability, and easily changes according to the shape of the skin, it can be used in various fields and applications such as medical use and household use.

[0031] figure 1 It is a sectional view in the thickness direction of the patch 1 of this embodiment. The patch 1 has a support layer 11 and an adhesive layer 12 laminated on one side of the support layer 11 .

[0032] (support layer)

[0033] The support body used for the support body layer 11 should just be suitable for supporting the adhesive layer 12, and the base fabric excellent in stretchability is preferable. It can be polyethylene, polypropylene, pol...

Abstract

This oxybutynin-containing transdermal absorption preparation is provided with: a support layer which comprises a base fabric and at least a part of which has water-repellent properties; and an adhesive layer which is layered on one surface of the support layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains an adhesive composition that includes oxybutynin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a cholesterol, and a rubber-based adhesive base material. The oxybutynin may be oxybutynin hydrochloride, and the part having water-repellent properties may be formed from a fluorine-containing compound, and the base fabric may be a knitted fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a transdermal absorption preparation (patch) containing oxybutynin. [0002] This application is based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2016-200402 filed in Japan on October 11, 2016, and claims priority thereof, the contents of which are incorporated herein. Background technique [0003] Compared with injections and oral preparations, skin-administered patches can avoid a sharp increase in the blood concentration of the drug, allow the drug to be easily and continuously absorbed, can avoid the first-pass effect of the liver, and can stop the administration when side effects occur Etc. On the other hand, when administered by applying a patch, skin irritations such as itching, rash, pain, eczema, and dermatitis may occur on the applied skin. [0004] In Patent Document 1, it is described that a transdermal absorption preparation (patch) containing cholesterol has been confirmed to have a sufficient effect of reducing skin ir...
