Abstract

The invention discloses purple clay sintered outdoor floor tiles, and production technology thereof. The purple clay sintered outdoor floor tiles are prepared from, by weight, 70-80 parts of purple clay, 10-15 parts of red clay, 10-20 parts of bentonite, 3-5 parts of manganese powder, and 3-5 parts of clinker. The production technology comprises following steps: the raw materials at the above weight ratio are mixed, and are sieved using a sieve of 30 to 50 meshes so as to obtain a powdery mixture; water is added for stirring, wherein water adding amount is controlled to be 8 to 10% of the rawmaterial total amount; a mixed material obtained through stirring is introduced into a brick press for compacting moulding; floor tile blanks obtained through compacting moulding are introduce into adrying room for 2 to 3 days of drying at 70 to 80 DEG C; the dried floor tiles are introduced into a sintering kiln for sintering at 1000 to 1100 DEG C; after sintering, the tiles are taken out from the sintering kiln for natural cooling so as to obtain the purple clay sintered outdoor floor tiles. The purple clay sintered outdoor floor tiles prepared using the technology are high in strength, lowin broken rate, high in water permeable rate, and long in service life.
