Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, there are few domestic researches on chebulic acid, which is still in its infancy. CN104945447A, published on September 30, 2015, relates to the preparation method of chebulic acid. Extraction, ceramic membrane separation, macroporous resin adsorption and other steps, such as enzymatic hydrolysis and ultrasonic extraction are not widely used in production, which is not conducive to industrialization promotion, and the content is not high and the cost is high

Embodiment 1

[0040] 100g of emblica medicinal material with a particle size of 5 mesh was subjected to warm soaking and extraction at 45°C. The solvent used was 900ml of 50% ethanol, and the extraction was performed twice for 10 hours each time to obtain the extract; the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to nothing. mellow, then add 50ml of water to disperse to a concentration equivalent to 1g of crude drug / ml of the medicinal solution, and centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 20min to obtain a supernatant.

Embodiment 2

[0042] 100g of emblica medicinal material with a particle size of 10 mesh was subjected to warm extraction at 50°C. The solvent used was 800ml of 60% ethanol, and the extraction was carried out 3 times for 6 hours each time to obtain the extract; the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to nothing. mellow, then add 35ml of water to disperse to a concentration equivalent to 1.5g of crude drug / ml of the medicinal solution, and centrifuge at 3200 rpm for 30min to obtain a supernatant.

Embodiment 3

[0044] 100g of emblica medicinal material with a particle size of 20 mesh was subjected to warm extraction at 55°C, and the solvent used was 600ml of 70% ethanol, extracted 4 times, each time for 8 hours, to obtain the extract; the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure to nothing mellow, then add 100ml of water to disperse to a concentration equivalent to 0.5g of crude drug / ml of the medicinal solution, and centrifuge at 2800 rpm for 25min to obtain a supernatant.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing chebulagic acid by using an ethanol warm dipping method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out warm dipping extraction on FRUCTUS PHYLLANTHI medicinal material with a particle size of 5-20 meshes at 40-60 DEG C by using 50-80% ethanol as a solvent to obtain an extracting solution, concentrating the extracting solution, then addingwater for dispersion, and performing solid-liquid separation, centrifugation or filtration to obtain a supernate; and (2) adsorbing the liquid separated in the step (1) with macroporous adsorption resin HPD-400 at an adsorption flow rate of 0.5-2 mL / min, conducting eluting with water at an elution flow rate of 0.2-3 mL / min, and drying the eluant under reduced pressure. The method is simple and convenient, the content and the transfer rate are relatively high, and an amplification process verification result also shows that the established preparation process is stable and feasible and is suitable for industrial production requirements.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a method for preparing chellia acid by ethanol warm soaking. Background technique [0002] Amla emblica Phyllanthus emblica The fruit of L. has the effects of resolving phlegm, promoting body fluid, relieving cough and detoxification. It is mainly used to treat cold and fever, cough and sore throat, diphtheria, restlessness and dry mouth. Distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Taiwan and other places. Most of emblica are wild or semi-wild, almost free from industrial pollution, and are veritable raw materials for green food processing. [0003] The fresh fruit of Amla emblica contains 45% tannin, the immature fruit contains 30% to 35% tannin, and the total tannin content in the dried fruit can reach 14%. (chebulagic acid), corilagin, terchebin, chebulic acid, gallic acid, and ellagic acid. It also con...
