Problems solved by technology

This kind of measurement technology is relatively mature, but it deviates from the original intention of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system to independently complete the static and dynamic tests, and the storage of liquid nitrogen is inconvenient and volatile, so it is not suitable for indoor experiments

Embodiment Construction

[0039] Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0040] Such as figure 1 As shown, the millimeter-wave radiometer sensitivity measurement device based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation of the present invention includes an echo-free isolation box, a target simulator, a measured millimeter-wave AC radiometer, a signal control module and a control circuit, wherein:

[0041] The non-echo isolation box is a closed cuboid box, the outer layer is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner layer is covered with pyramid-shaped absorbing material;

[0042] The target simulator is fixed at the center of one end face inside the non-echo isolation box, and the measured millimeter-wave AC radiometer is fixed at the center of the other end face opposite to the end face with a connecting flange;

[0043] The host computer outside the non-echo isolation box is connected to one end of the signal control ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a semi-physical simulation-based millimeter wave radiometer sensitivity test device and method. The device comprises an echo-free isolation box, a target simulator, a tested millimeter wave alternating current radiometer, a signal control module and a control circuit. The method comprises the steps of firstly modulating a noise source in a millimeter wave radiometer semi-physical simulation system by using square-wave voltage, and recording a peak value of output voltage and an equivalent radiometer input antenna temperature different output by the target simulator; stopping the modulation of the square-wave voltage, and recording a voltage value of an output disturbance signal and a temperature value on a temperature indication recorder at the corresponding moment;calculating a bottom noise standard deviation; and finally calculating the sensitivity of the tested radiometer. According to the device and method, field tested data are taken as basis and the semi-physical simulation system is taken as a test platform, so that the sensitivity of the millimeter radiometer can be simply and conveniently tested, and the test results are real and reliable.

Description

[0001] 1. Technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of millimeter wave passive detection, in particular to a millimeter wave radiometer sensitivity measuring device and method based on hardware-in-the-loop simulation. [0003] 2. Background technology [0004] In the last 10 years, with the maturity of domestic millimeter-wave devices, breakthroughs have been made in the research of missile-borne millimeter-wave passive detectors (millimeter-wave AC radiometers), and its cost has been further reduced, making it an ideal choice for smart ammunition, especially terminal-sensitive radiometers. The main means of detection of bombs. The millimeter-wave detector in the terminal-sensitive bomb is a millimeter-wave AC radiometer detection system, and it needs to be tested before it is equipped. The test includes dynamic field measurement and static machine performance parameter test. One of the most important parameters is the sensitivity of the millimeter-...
