Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of air separation, in particular to an air separation system rectified nitrogen liquifying system. The system comprises an air compressor, a booster expansion turbine, a main heat exchanger and an ice chest. An outlet of the air compressor is connected with a boosting end of the booster expansion turbine. The system further comprises a pre-cooler. Nitrogen exhausted out of the boosting end is subjected to primary cooling through the main heat exchanger and then subjected to secondary cooling thorough the pre-cooler, the nitrogen flowing out of the pre-cooler returns to the main heat exchanger again for tertiary cooling, part of the nitrogen subjected to tertiary cooling enters an expanding end of the booster expansion turbine, expanded nitrogenreturns to the interior of the main heat exchanger to serve as a cold source of the main heat exchanger, and the cold source subjected to heat exchanging returns to the air compressor after being converged with nitrogen exhausted out of a rectifying column; and the other part of the nitrogen subjected to tertiary cooling enters the ice chest to be liquified into the product liquid nitrogen, and part of nitrogen which is not liquified returns to the ice chest and the main heat exchanger in sequence, and then returns to the air compressor after cold energy is recovered.
