The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the relation between a machine tool main shaft rotating angle and a device excitation voltage amplitude value is established according to micro-texture morphology requirements and device parameters; then an alignment reference is set, odd-even circle information is recorded, the device excitation voltage is reset during odd-numbered circles, the excitation voltage is output during even-numbered circles, and a cutter is driven to form elliptical tracks; and then, a counter is arranged to count the edge of a main shaft encoder pulse, the excitation voltage amplitude value corresponding to the count value is searched, the elliptical tracks of different amplitudes are output, and the regulation of the ellipticaltracks of the device is realized.
