The making method of the coca cola yellow wine disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of (a) performing cleaning and shredding: cleaning fresh ginger, and shredding the cleaned fresh ginger so asto obtain shredded ginger of 1cm; (b) performing hot bleaching: pouring coca cola into a pot, and performing high-temperature heating until carbonate components completely volatilize; (c) performing stirring: mixing the coca cola after the hot bleaching step with fresh ginger to obtain a mixture, pouring the mixture into the yellow wine and performing stirring; and (d) warming the wine: pouring the stirred yellow wine in a utensil, and putting the utensil in hot water for warming to obtain hot wine.
