Problems solved by technology

For high-concentration zinc solutions, the concentration ratio of zinc to impurity ions is as high as 10 5 , the signal of impurity ions is severely masked by the high zinc signal, resulting in low sensitivity of impurity ions, and there is serious overlap and interference between impurity ions
So far, there is no detection method that can quickly and simultaneously determine impurity ions in high-zinc solutions without separation

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of detecting impurity ion concentration in a zinc solution based on polarograph-spectrum fusion. The method comprises the following steps: oscillopolarography is adopted to determine polarographs of a copper and cadmium mixed standard solution and a to-be-detected zinc solution, and based on copper and cadmium ion characteristic peak heights in the polarographs, the copper and cadmium ion concentration in the to-be-detected zinc solution is calculated; an absorbance coefficient corresponding to each wavelength point of copper, cobalt and nickel ions in the to-be-detected zinc solution is calculated; a ratio derivative spectrum of impurity ion mixed absorbance, a ratio derivative spectrum of the cobalt ions and a ratio derivative spectrum of the nickel ionsin the to-be-detected zinc solution are acquired, and the copper ion standard solution is used as a divisor factor; and based on the ratio derivative spectrum of the impurity ion mixed absorbance, theratio derivative spectrum of the cobalt ions and the ratio derivative spectrum of the nickel ions, a zero-crossing technique is adopted to calculate the cobalt ion concentration and the nickel ion concentration in the to-be-detected zinc solution. The above method achieves simultaneous detection of the concentration of impurity ions without separation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of spectral quantitative detection, in particular to a method for detecting impurity ion concentration in zinc solution based on polar-spectral fusion. Background technique [0002] In the purification process of zinc hydrometallurgy, the metallurgical liquid contains a large amount of zinc ions and various trace impurity ions, and the concentration ratio of zinc ions to trace ions is as high as 10 5 , the metallurgical liquid presents the characteristics of high concentration ratio and coexistence of trace multi-metal ions. The presence of impurity ions affects production efficiency and product quality. In actual production, the concentration of impurity ions in metallurgical liquid mainly depends on manual off-line analysis, the detection lags behind, and the adjustment is blind, resulting in large fluctuations in production indicators. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the rapid detection of impurit...
