Abstract

The invention relates to a hybridoma cell deposited on October 17, 2018 in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) with the accession number CCTCC NO: C2018196, and further relates to a monoclonal antibody generated by the hybridoma cell and application thereof and a method for detecting a TTC36 protein in a sample for non-diagnostic purposes. The antibody can efficiently and specifically binds to the TTC36 protein in the sample, and has higher specificity and affinity than a polyclonal antibody. Better antibody tools are provided for TTC36 protein function studies, and research,diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
