Problems solved by technology

[0008] 1. It needs to inoculate pathogenic bacteria into the culture medium separately in each culture container, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and large-scale screening is difficult
[0009] 2. It is greatly affected by human factors

Embodiment 1

[0037] like figure 1 As shown, the system for rapid identification of the disease resistance of Fusarium wilt of banana by using soilless culture technology in this embodiment includes an outer pot 1 and a cultivation pot 2, and 9 cultivation pots are placed in the outer pot 1 2, the bottom of the cultivation pot is provided with a hole 7, and a matrix (perlite 5) is housed in the cultivation pot. Banana seedlings 4 to be identified are planted in the substrate, and a solution is housed in the outer pot. The solution can be a nutrient solution 3, in which soil fungi (Fusariunoxysporun f.sp.cubense) can be added.

[0038] The method for rapid identification of the disease resistance of Fusarium wilt of banana by utilizing soilless culture technology of the present embodiment may further comprise the steps:

[0039] Fill the substrate perlite 5 in the cultivation pot 2, plant the banana seedling 4 to be identified in the substrate (as the test-tube seedlings that have grown in ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a system and method for fast identifying disease resistance of banana fusarium wilt by a soilless culture technology. A culture pot is filled with a substrate; then, banana seedlings to be identified are planted in the substrate; next, a plurality of culture pots with banana seedlings are put into an outer pot; a solution is added into the outer pot; Fusariun oxysporun f.sp.cubense is added into the solution for culture; then, the banana seedlings are subjected to disease registration identification. Various culture pots with the banana seedlings can be put into the nutrition liquid of the outer pot for performing large-scale banana fusarium wilt resistance screening in one step; the single inoculation of each banana seedling with pathogenic bacteria is not needed;the flow process is greatly simplified; the efficiency is improved; the better standardization is realized; the influence of artificial random factors is avoided.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention belongs to the field of plant disease resistance research, and in particular relates to a system and method for quickly identifying the disease resistance of Fusarium wilt of bananas by using soilless cultivation technology. [0003] Background technique: [0004] Banana (Musa nana Lour.), belonging to the Musa family Musa plant, also refers to its fruit, and is widely planted in tropical areas. Bananas are fragrant and nutritious. The plant is a large herb, emanating from the rhizome and forming a false stem 3-6 meters (10-20 feet) high from the lower part of the leaf sheath; the leaves are oblong to oval, and some are long 3 to 3.5 meters (10 to 11.5 feet), 65 centimeters (26 inches) wide, with 10 to 20 clustered stem tops. The spikes are drooping, drawn from the top of the false stem, with many flowers, light yellow; the inflorescences are drooping, with 10-20 clusters of fruit, about 50-150. After the plant bears fruit, it di...
