The invention provides a manufacturing method of an air purification filter cartridge device, and the air purification filter cartridge device is manufactured by a filter element and a partition plate. The shape of that filter element is a cylindrical structure formed by crimping a trapezoid with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part. The filter element is prepared from a composite fiber material prepared from glass fiber and a titanium dioxide-cobalt oxide sol. The filter element is provided with multiple layers, and the adjacent layers are separated by aluminum platinum material spacers.In the manufacturing method of the air purification filter cartridge device designed by the invention, the filter element is prepared from the composite fiber material prepared from the titanium dioxide-cobalt oxide sol and a glass fiber gel, and organic matters are rapidly degraded through adsorption of the composite fiber. The material catalyzes the degradation of harmful organic substances under the condition of no light, and the reaction rate is faster than that of a photocatalyst. The composite fiber prepared by the method has the advantages of good transparency, high stability, good product dispersibility, high transparency, no by-products, firm bonding of the glass fiber, and capability of resisting multiple attacks of wind speed and flow rate.
