Abstract

The invention discloses a dual-channel interference type hyperspectral imaging device and method. The device includes a front imaging objective lens, a first filter array, a diaphragm, a collimating objective lens, a polarizer, and a first imaging objective lens sequentially arranged along the optical axis direction. Two optical filter arrays, a birefringent shearer array, an analyzer, a rear imaging objective lens and an area detector array. The incident light is imaged at the diaphragm through the pre-imaging objective lens, passes through the two filters on the diaphragm and the collimating objective lens, and becomes two beams of parallel light with different wavelength bands, passes through the polarizer and then passes through the two filters respectively. When incident to the corresponding birefringent shearer, the beam is sheared into two groups of polarized light with different wavelength bands and a certain optical path difference, and is imaged by the analyzer and post-imaging objective lens to generate two sets of interference information on the surface detector. Finally, the spectral information of the target to be measured is obtained through spectral restoration.
