The system comprises a drive motor, the controller, a water pump, a radiator, an electric heatingbox and a control and data acquisition unit, wherein the drive motor and the controller are to-be-tested device; the water pump and the radiator are connected by a pipeline to form a closed circulation pipeline; the water pump is driven by the drive motor; a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, an electronic valve and a flow meter are connected to the pipeline between a water outlet of the waterpump and the radiator; the pressure sensor is also installed on the pipeline between a return water port of the water pump and the radiator; the drive motor and the controller are respectively installed in an electric heating box with controllable ambient temperature; the control and data acquisition unit are simultaneously connected to the drive motor and the controller; and the control and dataacquisition unit monitors and records the input current and voltage of the controller, the controller chip temperature, the motor shaft end temperature of the drive motor, and determines the high temperature test condition of the drive motor and the controller through the system running time.
